He works with all fitness levels and an array of clients with different backgrounds; all the way from working professionals, doctors, lawyers, older populations, professional athletes, and his mom. His ideal client is someone goal oriented, with a positive mindset, and a willingness to work hard when the going gets tough.
Craig believes passion comes in many different forms. Every “body” has a different look and functionality. All of his training programs are catered to his clients individual needs. No matter who you are and where you are starting, Craig will teach you the principles of strength training that will help improve posture and physique. As a coach he constantly emphasizes the importance of the basics while incorporating innovative techniques to keep training fun and engaging.
To get to know a little more about Craig, he comes to Denver from the East coast and his education includes a B.S. from the University of Delaware Sports Management program. He is always learning and improving his knowledge within the fitness industry, and loves reading and writing when he can in his free time. He also enjoys anything outdoor or sports related.
