Inspired by over 18 years of dance and gymnastics experience Briana understands what it means to truly love connecting to movement. Over the years, her various forms of movement have changed and evolved. She ﬁnds enjoyment in challenging her own strength, and pushing outside her comfort zone. She has done various bikini competitions, marathon and half marathons, boxing, and is a dance competitor, and true athlete at heart.
