Working out with friends, relatives, co-workers or a significant other is a great way to stay motivated and attain your personal fitness goals. Small group training makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education and social support.

Group sessions are limited to no more than 4 people so you can still get individualized instruction and supervision from a certified trainer.
